A training workshop titled “Project Management (PMP)” was delivered by Eng. Jamal bin Suleiman Al-Maamari, a certified trainer from the Project Management Institute (PMI-ATP).

The workshop focused on several key topics, including: an introduction to project management concepts, the project life cycle, tools and techniques for planning and monitoring, essential skills for a successful project manager, and global best practices in project management.

The session saw excellent engagement from students and graduates, contributing to enriching their knowledge and strengthening their practical understanding of project management fundamentals.
