The initiative took place over three consecutive days on campus, with the participation of 30 graduates from various academic disciplines. Its activities included nine interactive training workshops that combined theoretical and practical aspects, presented by a select group of experienced university graduates, alongside specialists from the Ministry of Labor and external entities, adding diversity and depth to the content provided. The program covered several key areas, including strategic planning for career paths, professional resume writing, professional intelligence (IQ) tests, and application processes and follow-ups. The workshops also included skills in emotional intelligence in the workplace, confident public speaking, and effective preparation for personal interviews.
