عن مرحلة ما بعد الجامعة , يقول المهندس ماجد : تأتي الهندسة بطعم مختلف حيث يتعين على الخريج التفاعل مع تحديات الواقع الهندسي السريع المتطور كما يجب على الطالب أن يمتلك بعض النقاط الأساسية ليصبح مهندسا ناجحا . وعلى كل خريج أن يعي أن الهندسة تتجدد باستمرار وأن العملي يختلف كثيرا عن الدراسة النظرية لذا يجب عليه توسيع مداركه الهندسية والاطلاع على الموضوعات العامة المتخصصة ذات الصلة بتخصصة 

المهندس يجب أن يكون متمكنا من مهارات الحساب الهندسي حيث تعد السرعة والجودة في النتائج مقاييس أساسية.... كما يجب عليه تطوير مهارات التحليل والقدرة على شرح البيانات شرحاً منطقياً.. الرسم الهندسي يعد مهارة أساسية سواء على الورق أم باستخدام برامج الرسم الهندسي ... التحدث أمام الجمهور ومهارات التواصل مهارات ضرورية للمهندس الناجح 

ويجب على الخريج أن يكون قادرا على التعامل مع المشاكل الهندسية والعثور على حلول منطقية وابتكارات هندسية

وأخيرا العمل الجماعي يعد عامل نجاح حيويا في كل عمل هندسي لذا يجب على كل مهندس أن يتقن هذه المهارات ليحقق النجاح في مجاله

Regarding the post-university phase, Engineer Majed states: Since graduates must deal with the difficulties of the quickly changing engineering reality, engineering has a distinct character. To succeed as engineers, students need to have a few key qualities. Every graduate needs to understand that engineering is a field that is always evolving, and that theoretical study and practical work are extremely different. As a result, they ought to increase their understanding of engineering and keep up of certain general subjects associated with their specialty.

Engineers need to be proficient in geometrics, where they must provide results quickly and accurately. In addition to creating charts on paper or with software, analytical and logical data presenting abilities are also necessary. Communication and public speaking abilities are also necessary for success as an engineer.

Graduates need to be able to work together, solve technical challenges, and propose rational answers and ideas.

Along with his colleagues at work. For every engineering project to achieve the intended level of success, the latter is essential. To guarantee your position in the engineering sector, you must become an expert in these areas.
